What can you do in ten minutes ? I guess not wiping your arse or pissing in a gatorade bottle might save some time. We got road drivers who do that now any way. whatever it takes, yes we can !!
Is that not what the MOU called for that was approved by the members? Did you expect them to wait until.....when?.....KK
Exactly! The majority voted for language that could be interpreted in the companies favor, and interpreted to crush the employees. We should have learned by now about the interpretations of poorly written contract language, but some will never learn. So now we must accept what the sheep have voted in for us. Sit back and enjoy folks. The majority has spoken. Now we all get the shaft. I only wish that the ones that accepted this crap, were the ones that disappeared from our payroll. The majority accepted this "gray" area, now we have to live with the consequences.
If there was no GRAY area in the language.....What are they nogotiating about currently????????? Gray area! That is correct.negative..you are way too wrong..either you didn't read the agreement or you didn't understand it or you're still in denial

Hey Flash I`ll take a shot at this. It`s called the fourth round of concessions, but this time there is no vote!!You still haven't answered the question.......If they are currently negotiating over something that has already been voted on, there clearly was gray area. Which is exactly what many of us feared. The gray area never works to the employees advantage. That is why we didn't like some of the new language in the proposal. I know that you picture addicted retirees could care less about OUR work rules, because you are just concerned about YOUR pension. You sit on the couch all day packing Cheetos dust under your foreskin, while the rest of us watch our work rules go up in smoke.
IF the language is so "black and white" as you say......why is the Union and the Company still trying to work out the gray areas? You keep saying how clear this proposal was, yet you can't answer this question. The roadman's biggest concern--to drop or not
the city man's biggest concern--become a four-hour local cartage
the arrogant retirees concern--nothing! because he is a former meester that only understands how to look our for himself.
it seems to be spelled out in black and white but some may be colored blind and only see gray
get a real problem
why don't you?
It says if your a road driver and they tell you to drop your trailer or trailers you will drop when and where and how they told you too.
Here in the East, that paragraph was changed to say, "trailers will be replaced with the word pants from here forward!

The fact is that you never did care about the work rule changes, you only cared about keeping your pension.
