YRCW Ballot Count
August 6 - The Independent Election Supervisor has announced that due to an overwhelming number of ballots cast, the YRCW ballot count will not be completed until Friday, August 7, 2009.

August 6th, International Union officials stated they would not do counting today. The Hoffa administration also tried to muzzle independent observers Local 107 members Ed Brogan and Ed Taylor with a “confidentiality agreement,” which they declined to sign.
 
I admire your positiveness, In my experience with the union and the company in the 22 years I've been doing this, I can't be positive because past situations with both. I hope you are right, but I'm sure no body will know the real truth for another 18 months I'm sure, everything is always done for a reason. We all shall see
