Sure they do. Companies lay out the policies and the consequences, if an employee violates those policies then they suffer the consequences...if enough violations are accumulated then the employee is terminated/fired.That is a garbage response. People don't fire themselves. I've heard that line many times from members of management. It's how we absolved our conscience after firing someone
Now, please explain how the company fired the employee?? The company didn't violate the policies, the employee did...its called being responsible for your own actions, something today's society lacks!!
