Trucker who caused a 2 Semi crash on I-81 was arrested for drug use.

Austin was arraigned in Marathon Town Court on:
a felony count of second-degree vehicular assault (I'll guess first degree is when someone dies?)
and
misdemeanor counts of operating a vehicle while impaired by drugs, (O.W.I.)
second-degree reckless endangerment (wasn't traveling fast enough for first degree)
and
seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. (apparently not enough "substance" for a lower number referencing tutone= "extra sugar")
Now the slack adjuster gets to explore other avenues.

got detoured around it, at 1st I figured it was a fatal, on my return trip noticed the druggie had been northbound, it's about 40' difference in road levels northbound being higher he went for a ride, firewall forward on southbound truck completely gone, hope they hang the SOB
