VACATION PAY RATE

    Lets present it one more way. The calculation comes from the 52 week period 11/26-11/18. Again these are week ending dates.

    The week ending Nov 26 could also be stated as week beginning Nov 20. Agree, so far?

    Using that fact, the eligible earnings period could be presented as beginning Nov 20 and ending Nov 18. Presto! 52 weeks...

    Still not convinced? Let me direct you to https://www.google.com/calendar where you can physically count the weeks... :poke:
