Worth County,GA. Trucker citied for crashing into the rear of a stopped Garbage Truck

Troopers charged the driver of the semi truck with following too closely.

Following too closely?? With such damage?
Appears Swift hit a STOPPED VEHICLE.
Swift wins again.
It's not amazing anymore these newbie truck drivers having no DEPTH PERCEPTION.
Same type of driver that run into SCHOOL BUSES, run over Amish carts, take out Hoods at truck stops, etc.

Just curious: how difficult is it to LOOK FORWARD 10-15 seconds (except, of course around curves)??
