Rumor is Yellow is looking to expand in in that area & have a need for Intermodal outside of the Clarence Iowa warehouse district & union already give it the fist pump in the air !

lol, another sign of desperation. Their reputation on the street has precluded the ability to hire through other means . Now their exploring alternatives. If I remember right just a few years back they would no longer hire drivers to be FOS’s unless they had a 4 yr degree. My …. How things change.

Spring is nearly here. And we got a whole bunch jumping ship. Applications and interviews. Drivers will just follow the freight. It’s easy money right now. Start you at a higher rate. And give a sign on bonus. Plus treat you like a human being. Shoot. You gotta be plumb dumb to stay at XPO.

Life is good. You just gotta trim all the bad parts off. Can’t let stupid spit hold you back. You can be happy. You should be happy. There ain’t no point in staying miserable.

Good luck with that. The only ones I know, that say they are happy there, are the ones under the corner office desk. And they are some of the biggest reasons people hate working at that barn.
