We had to get ours updated last year. I thought it was due by January of 2014??? Maybe it was extended. And to try and clarify from a few posts on bulk packaging. It refers to the capacity of a single unit. Tote bins are bulk, over 119 gallons. 55 gallon drums are not. My own personel opinion, even a trailer with 12 totes weighing 3000 lbs. each is not a tanker, but who am I to argue with some DOT, or political person who has never driven a truck??????
