Yogurt spill creams neighborhood

Kind of odd the report has nothing about the trucker?
The Tractor looks really crushed,hard to believe whoever was driving was able to just get out without any injuries?

The report also states the mess smelled good,but if it wasn't cleaned up pretty fast,I am sure with the high temp.'s it would have been a different smell altogether.
