YORK SPRINGS, Pa Tractor-trailer crashes Into a Van and House

Another case of driver error.
Distracted maybe texting?
However the seconds it would have taken to stop for the stop sign could have avoided this crash.
I do know some towns in PA.,have got some really narrow streets.
Blowing a stop sign would have caused a Semi to hit any house,that are so close to the streets.
