Yellow | The gloves are off!!!

Perhaps you should read the YRC Liquidity report Jeff posted. The other branches have no value. No one is buying. And the "Stuffed Shirts" have contracts. For instance, for Zollars to go will cost minimum of 8 million-- max of 14.5 million. No money to buy him out.....
Since our Teamster brothers and sisters retired with a piece of paper that stated how much money they would receive after they retired, (which appears to be in jeopardy of being changed/lowered) shouldn't that also mean that all of these head honcho's golden parachutes and bonus' could be reworked and revised? We are having our contract torn to shreds. Why are their contracts not getting torn to shreds? We signed a contract that we assumed would stay intact. So did upper management. Ours is getting shredded. Theirs is not. I know that they have taken cuts also, but if they mess with our pensions, they need to be messing with theirs also. Whats fair for us, should be fair for them.

The excuse for them getting these big "retention" bonus', is that "it's in their contract". That is B.S. What about "what's in our contract"? Well, our contract is getting shredded, so start shredding theirs also.

Not to mention, they are the ones that got us into this mess.

They think that they are better than us because they went to college and earned a piece of paper. Now they think that they deserve everything and worth the money that their making. All they now how to do is screw things up, lie, steal and cheat.

Longblade you beat me to the post, I have no idea why "our" fearless union reps. do not throw their contract on the table along with ours. So much for "share" the pain!!

This is a shout out to all of those dumb***es out there that where predicting our demise. Your paternalistic alliance with your Master is no less than sickening. Obviously, you have no respect for history of the LTL Trucking Industry and/or the Teamsters Union. If you think for a moment that my fellow Teamster Brothers and Sisters are going to lay down and allow all of you Bottom Feeders to take what our Brothers and Sisters before us fought and suffered to obtain, YOU HAVE ANOTHER THING COMING! We will deliver our freight ON TIME, DAMAGED FREE, EVERYTIME! YRC may have had a few set backs but, THE GLOVES ARE OFF! And it's time to kick some a**! So when the dust settles and your little two bit outfit bites the dust, you too should try to get on with THE BEST. I've got 2.3 Million Miles Accident Free and I'm only middle of the road. What does that tell you about us? I talk sh*t because I can, I'M UNION PROUD!!! ...Sully

thats right

Stealing freight, intimidating other drivers.

IF you've got enough votes on the Board of Directors, you can always renegotiate a contract, or fire the Director. IF you've got the votes. My guess is, you don't. I KNOW I don't......
