I believe it's still in place but they made the numbers lower so it's hard to achieve....Im sure Docker would know the numbers....

Based upon n contract language, the OR bonus is based on the calendar year. Therefore, on contract years, there is no OR bonus. Old contract ended June 30th and the new contract started on July 1st.
