I just saw a YRC truck pulling a set of ABF trailers west on I-76 in PA. What is with this?

We are taking advantage of a repositioning opportunity that happens to be with YRC to move empty pups from CAR, where we have excess equipment, to west where we have an equipment deficit. We do this with various carriers when opportunities arise, it just happens that it is YRC in this instance.

It happens all the time. Just last week we had an old Roadway van come in to Winston and a while back we had an Old Dominion pup or two come in also.
 
It has happened all the time in the past but not in the volume that we had down here a couple of weeks ago, that's why there was so many questions.
