I know when a sales rep quits or is fired, they are escorted off the terminal property immediately. If they quit they are not allowed to work any kind of notice. They leave as soon as they say they are quitting. The company wants to limit the amount of customer information they take to their next job.I remember when we were still Overnite,the brass came to my terminal,& had 2 TM's clean out their desk,& don't look back.
So now that the Company is UPS,is this practice still in place for TM's?
