Again, since it's the only issue that's been negotiated so far, the only way for a contract to be present for the members to vote on would be if they were voting for a contract on every single issue, period.
And I too said last Friday, BEFORE Sat's negotiations, that "...I do see the two centers that have already started negotiations still getting the raise...", as seen below...
...but for different reasons. The precedent that you keep mentioning may or may not have affected us, that all depends on what evidence was found by the NLRB had the company NOT negotiated that raise with the union. News Flash: the union can approve anything during negotiations without approval from the members in order to achieve the best possible offer, that's what they were elected to do!! The members voice their approval/disapproval once an offer from the company has been made, otherwise the members would have to vote on every single issue, which doesn't happen!!
Trust me, the ONLY way there will ever be a contract is if the members agree to take less just to get a contract...and we won't let that happen!!
