that is how we used to get people, somebody's best employee became our new hire for wages, insurance and pensionI doubt you poach many drivers from other companies until you get better pay and fix the pension, but I don't see that happening anytime soon
Yes and enough of these help wanted adds "new pay rates in 2021" then its come join us were paying 2 cents more in 21 ( big deal) hopefully some company will get tired of playing games and step up to the plate with 90 cent mile 40 bucks an hour
