This may have talked about before but I hear that Con-way does not allow drivers to take any coffee breaks. Is this true? If you had to put in a 12 or 14 hour day do you only get a half hour lunch break all day? Any truth to this?

city p&d drivers get half hour and thats it. if you get hungry eat a snickers,or something ive taken munchies out on the dock and still work,nothing wrong with that.

If a P&D Driver can't find time for his breaks, he or she is doing something wrong. I agree with Rat, we all have a point at which we need to relax and chill out, for our mental and safety concerns.:smilie_132:
