Unlike you I am man enough to admit when I'm wrong. I still stand by my stance that the pension is a joke. I'm pretty sure if they took a poll of employees everyone would rather have that money in our 401k........
Just ask a legacy employee at ConWay /XPOBut they do have language in the pension book stating they can stop dropping pennies into your jar at any time.
I’ve got over $50K in my pension already...that’ll pay for a lot of rounds of golf!!I for one would rather have the money in a 401 k. The pension will work, if you're in it for 30 years. Most employees over 45 it won't accomplish much for them.
You could hire a full time ball washer with that...I’ve got over $50K in my pension already...that’ll pay for a lot of rounds of golf!!

How long to accumulate that amount?. Not even close to a full year of wages for I'm guessing 15 to 20 years of service. The FedEx pension is a joke.I’ve got over $50K in my pension already...that’ll pay for a lot of rounds of golf!!
Our pension has only been in existence for what...8 to 10 years or so...so that long. How long to accumulate that amount?. Not even close to a full year of wages for I'm guessing 15 to 20 years of service. The FedEx pension is a joke.
