I meant more to the point that the company is dazzled by the gross revenue, and the traffic department is allowing exemptions of accessorial charges to published on the tariff sheets. Some are even exempted from Weight and Reaserch inspections.
Your right, they don’t have to deal with the extra work, and they don’t have to deal with labor management issues due to these kinds of stops taking extra time.
