XPO | Is there another option to unionizing or the current management? Maybe......

Not sure the employees aren't the owners, after all you gave up your benefits, part of your pay, no more retirement. All was 'put back into the company during hard times'. Since you're the bank, you can't call in the 'loan'?? The only way the upper management will be taken down a peg will be by employees banding together, whether union or employee purchase.

Republican party and the Democratic party are different sides of the same coin that is in the pocket of the rich and powerful that run this country. Money makes the world go round.

1980's? Your post is well thought out but has one MAJOR error in it.

Unfortunately, unions have been a thorn in the sides of Republicans for sure since the 80’s. Historically in Republican’s have stripped away most labor laws that protect people like you and me.

You either have forgotten that most of the labor laws that we are covered by were written in the 1930's and 40's, or work in some other industry. The only laws that really gives Truck Drivers any right to refuse work are the H.O.S. regulations and safety regulations regarding the vehicles we drive. We have no protection! Labor laws are for all other workers in this country.

From 1927 to 1967 inspectors controlled inspection stamps, after 1967 those stamps are controlled by those companies. You can prove me wrong by contacting an inspector and viewing that stamp he should have on him/her.

No strike clause has been put into place to circumvent employment at will, when its been desired by management. There isn't a labor man that supports those laws.

Figures don't lie but liars do figure.

We bailed the banks out because they contribute faithfully to the Republicans.

Republicans are wolves in sheep clothing.

Current Republican echo the era of McCarthyism.
