No other LTL carrier has secured a $4 raise and A Week of Vacation on day 1 at that
May not be what everybody wants and everyone is finding their own reason to vote no but putting billions of dollars into an insolvent Pension and trying to get $10 on top of the $4 is not only not going to happen but Why try to close the company behind it and go to the bottom of somebody's roster having to work a full year to get a week of vacation and climb the progression scale again working with less seniority than coworkers our children's age

Puff, I agree. This guy (oneofus)has no clue. Must be new and clearly has no regard for what you and I fought for in years past.You need to check some facts. Other LTL have given $1.00 per hour raises..
While I will agree this a decent raise, the current pay is the worst in the industry. This anything less than a decent raise would result in a disaster...
YRC is destroying this industry, boasting about low wages and how they can compete on price... not too smart...

I found the topic of this thread comical even when I saw it on the YRC forum. I could rip it apart but I won’t bother. It’s a decent raise but it’s not near what you guys deserve. When top executives get unjustified bonuses and balance it on the backs of labor you know that something has went horribly wrong. Not that much.How much do you guys make? At FXF a driver apprentice gets 20.13. A city driver starts at 22 and change and top rate at 3 years is 28 something.
Fedex drivers do not have the ins that teamsters drivers have . The ins alone is worth many $$$$ an hour .Not that much.
