All they told be is that the driver Can run linehaul or P&D...... but i was told nothing about being forced to do anything at a 1 hour notice...

The reason he didnt say anything is because he can keep new drivers.... so he keeps his mouth shut and holds them as long as they stay..

BTW i was there for 10 months
 
hopefully when you get done with school conway can hire you as a cfi linehault coordinator or even a chief executive

No, i have chosen not to for any conway related company in the future....

And also, maybe i'll will changed my mind on the trucking industry, and do something else.... but we'll se in two years when i must decided on my major.
