Read the latest Freightwaves article on Yellow. got it around 7pm. Yellow isn't giving up just yet...

From what I am seeing and hearing, there docks are pretty much empty this point. There is always hope.

Just saw this thread, If you go on Yellow's forum I'm on there a lot. I don't really go on other companies forums much. Just wanted to say thanks' from a 16 year Holland driver. I have noticed a few thumbs up on the road from other carriers and haven't caught too much hate. We get a bit of that on our forum from lurkers. It's all out of our hands now, and we'll all know more after the autopsy. Just wanted to thank you guys and girls for your support.

For the life of me I will never understand why the Ibt called a strike against yellow? They had to know that would cause the company to close. Maybe that is what they intended.

The reason was the contractual violation of not paying the health and welfare premiums for CSPF. The timing is anybody’s guess.
