Yellow | Not Sure If I Can Afford Union Dues Anymore

Anybody know anything about that joint council 40 supplement that was voted down? I guess it's in PA? Who and what does it involve and any word on a game plan to resolve the issue?

Trying to hang on with substandard wages and pay all the bills. Not sure if union dues fit in the mix.
This time the union did all the threatening while the company said nothing.
