Isn't it a little odd how that big investor group bought in while OD was in the slumps a month ago and then it shoots back up a week later?

I'm not a stock guy, but wouldn't a big investment group buying a stock send a good signal to other buyers, driving the price higher as more people buy in?
 
It was quite an amount where I don't think others came even close to matching. Idk, just funny how things shot up right after *cough* insider
