The whole 1 more shipment campaign was and still is a complete farce and the managers that allow the DSR's & CSR's that continue to LIE about securing that one more shipment, should be suspended pending termination for lying, cheating and stealing. Where's the integrity? ISWM= It Starts With Management

or ask for the shipment tell the shipper it will deliver the next day,get the shipment,to have the outbound fos not move it because it wasnt in the "projections",,now you get to explain it to the customer...hmmmmm y arent we number 1 anymore..all these conway programs are a load of crap...how many times can u the customer before they use fed-ex
