We got a no cap in our new contract on cola

ABF traded cola for bonuses in the last contract
1cent for every 0.2 change after 3.5 percent Inflation rate.
So basically you get a 5¢ raise for every 1% of inflation over the 3.5 % rate.
So if inflation was 5.5% for 2023(which it is not)
You would get. 10¢ raise per hour.
Take whatever you can get if offered, but not make me or break me money.

IF the contract is ratified on 7/30 and is effective 8/1 any and all laid off road drivers need to file immediately. Do not wait for a letter in the mail! The contract is in full effect and fully enforceable and day 1
