Actually, “planning on the fly” is sometimes necessary. It’s not however, something that should be done routinely.

And make it late.
And skids are ment to be grabbed from the big holes.
Not the side holes.
Use the skid a forklift properly for speed and efficiency.

People want undamaged freight tomorrow when they order it.
Not damaged and 3 weeks late.

Maybe you should learn to read without spinning it into what you want it to say. Slave clearly stated that his dad was UAW and was a part time Teamster for extra work or during layoffs. That being said, most contracts are negotiated with the Union side trying to get what is best their members, while the Employer tries to get what is best for the Company. It is the Employers place to worry about the shareholders and customer cost. It is the Unions place to get the best pay, working conditions and benefits for their members that they can. So where exactly did he say that “Teamsters were only worried about themselves and how much money they could make by screwing shareholders and customers”?
