ODFL | Two New Terminals

I understand that when Tannersville opens, Allentown, Pittston and Boonton will be moved into the smaller dock as a city terminal and serve northeast Pa and northwest NJ. The larger dock will be linehaul with a major shop for tractors and trailers and a dolly shop. The southern side of the smaller dock already has trailers backed into it
that would be a lot of ground to cover, Tanersville to Pine Brook, NJ(Booton) is 62 miles and they go much more east from there. Allentown is not to bad but Pittston is a good haul also. Also didnt they just build Allentown a couple of Years ago

Another one coming to Chicagoland. NW suburbs. Elgin IL supposed to be open in 2024. That's a 6th one in 50 mile radius 😆
Any idea where? We see right off 90 to the north west of the Elgin tollbooth an industrial park going up. Big warehouse going up now. Any idea if it will be in that business park?

Really glad to see you guys going into
Tanersville. I worked out of there for 30 years while it was ROADWAY. We used the big dock for Outbound (everything coming out of New York and New England) the little dock was Inbound (Everything coming from the west and south). There is a huge shop there also. Wish you guys luck there. It was a great place to work. It’s been sad seeing it empty.
