How will a union correct the societal problems plaguing this generation ? Or mitigate the impact on this business and it’s employees ?

Union has nothing to do with hr as far as treatment atleast where i work but they cant fire you as easily for something stupid or anything period easily. The benefit is healthcare and pension.With it getting even harder to save and being most companies dont match a percentage of 401 anymore all on you that pension is a big deal..
