Bigfoot is correct, $150 every year. It used to be $250 every TWO years. This was one of very first things they changed with the health care package when we had to start paying for it.
Use the $150 and then use your FSA to pay for the rest. It's almost like it's free, because you won't really notice any money coming out of your pocket...well, might not notice it.... I sound like Con-way management now don't I?

Well did you figure out if things are okay with the eye care in your case? Or do you do your figures like my wife and well, needs to do it over and over again to make it come out they way she wants it to come out? 
She will tackle the checkbook several times before it come out right. This happens each month, makes me laugh.
