I checked GBG-310 out on Google Earth, canary. Is that your black Maserati in the parking lot?
Yes, end of the line terminal, 6 UE positions, I don't like to see lay offs when this kind of stuff goes down. I turned in my keys & retired
NOV 2016 but I still care about the welfare of my ole' co-workers
Mama Mia!!! The day I googled it, they were BOTH in the lot! Gotta love those Italian cars! You must’ve googled on a Tuesday.......Tuesdays and Thursdays I bring the black Maserati.......Mondays and Wednesdays I bring the red Bugatti......
Fridays,....I let the chauffeur decide what he wants to drive.........

ELD coincidence?
I can go anytime. As to when exactly, that depends on how mad and miserable they make me on any given day.Yup,.....Retirement is Great. The only reason I go down to the Ol' Terminal nowadays,.....is to do donuts around the TM's 1978 Buick Skylark with my Italian sportscar.........(....sportscarS....plural....)....
My chauffeur has kind of hinted that he'd like to retire also,.......but I told him no one else would hire a 96 year old man,...so he might as well stay.....

I’m a ue out of 349. Any one know how many we may be losing or a copy of the letter? Thanks
I also am curious about the UE runs. Seems like the company is going back to operating like it did 20 years ago.
This is where ABF starts making very bad decisionsFor years, ABF just can’t seem to figure out who they want to be.
I agree my friend, the company is going back to operating like it did 20 years ago. Elimination of UE positions when the Industry has been demanding fast on-time regional service is but one small example.
Hopefully not dead. I’d like to see how fast they’d come back to the bargaining table if we gave a 72-hour notice to strike.Interesting how ABF is making more outdated business decisions guaranteed to fail. Keep chipping away at the Union part of the company until it fails. Overload us with garbage freight and more insurance claims. Run linehaul off a cliff, quietly create more unease, especially during contract time and most importantly... make sure Panther is running as smooth as glass no matter what’s really going on behind the curtain.
Sound familiar? Meh! What do we know, we were told don’t dare strike or we would be done...
Hey!! Here’s a little secret... we’re alread dead.
