Hey rollin, i dont know if u understand how the union trucking works, but i will lay it out for you. Are you sure you want the chicago abf teamsters to vote yes on the suppliment???? Becuz,( real abf teamsters correct me if im wrong) if all the supplimenta go thru and abf gets the contract signed and in place, arent they going to have a COO of some sort? And if they do the "buddy system" doesnt apply at a union outfit. So alot of times with a COO there are downsizing, and thebottom of the senority board get the pink slip. And that my friend would be you. Since im pretty sure you started (supposedly) at abf a month or two ago. So becareful for what you are yelling for.

If I get laid off, I will get recalled real soon. You see, cameras do a wonderful job at eliminating useless bodies that produce zero production towards the well being of a company. So, with that being said, it won't take long to start climbing the ladder around here.

Yes, it's time for the Moderators to "de-louse" this site of..........people/trolls/management........who don't work for ABF, and who don't have anything constructive to add here other than the metaphorical "Nyah-Nyah...Your Union Sucks" that Mr. Rollin62 seems to be so good at. Anything constructive to add in your defense, Mr. Rollin62?.......Anything that isn't insulting?.....or sounding like a little child on the playground , hiding behind the teacher?.......Sooner or later, liars fall into their own traps........Nobody here,....and possibly on several other sites,......believes much of what you allege to, Mr. Rollin62. You've done a good job of wasting quite a bit of our time,....and "electronic" space on this site,......and what do we have to show for it? Any "defense" of your actions and words, Mr. Rollin62?..................................................................I didn't think so...........

People, people, people, Rollin62 has a right to his opinion anda forum like this is a good place for him to voice that opinion. We, those ofus who have been working for ABF for a while, know his opinion will change overtime. I don’t think I have met a single employee who did not start out likingthe job (that is why they applied) and who did not end up disliking it. I don’tbelieve Rollin62 will be any different. I applaud his tenacity and state ofmind in defending what he believes in but he is new. Again, HE IS NEW! Newpeople don’t know much; that is why they need training. Rollin62 is no different.

My point is please let this person enjoy their fantasy whilethey can; reality will set in quick enough. Good luck Rollin62 and I hope thethings you post here do not come back to bite you.
 
Brother Homesick,....Go check out the Con-way site.....Mr. Rollin62 has quite a bit to say there,...under several other names, while sharing avatars......"Instigator"...is one, I believe. Isn't that right, Rollin62? Brother Homesick,....he's not an ABF employee, he's not a Teamster, he's not adding anything constructive.....Heck, anyone can post on here,....but it shouldn't be under false pretenses, merely to agitate. Isn't that right, Mr. Rollin62,...or Instigator,....or whatever else you go by?

i appreciate your respect of my opinion. These other players just want me to go away and not have a voice. I don't know why they don't think I'm a newbie. I probably do have a lot to learn but I'm entitled to an opinion as a newbie
 
If your just a newbie, then you should do what most newbies do. Most newbies come in and listen so they can learn. They don't voice an opinion until they learn and know what's going on. If you do work for ABF you have not been here long enough to start the trouble that you are trying to start.
