All you people on here should start asking about the score card. The Chicago regional safety guy just gave us the meeting in CGT last wendesday . Ask around it's not a secret any more. The thing is you get no copy of the new policy that tells you what's all in it or how many points a accident is worth. Tickets also get points but you don't get to see what they're worth.

Damn...they're using the old Viking policies against us. RC must be very happy. Viking had a point system for a combination of accidents and tickets that would get the driver fired. RC, are you consulting on this one? Rumor has it you whisper in Mike's ear....

A driver in FRE got disqualified for 3 years due to this new point system. They let him take a dock position, but that only lasted a week before he informed them of what he thought of them.
 
I was a Teamster for 23 years in 3 locals. If there were any chance of that happening in a company this big. There would be monumental action by the Teamsters or whatever union to unionize this company. I see nothing going on here.

One terminal at a time friend. That is all it would take.
 
How would any barn be hard with how We are treated and all the new rules that your never told about. This company really sucks to work for.
 
The hubs would have to be first. A small end of the line center would just be shut down and its territory divided amongst the surrounding centers.
