He's got a great set of hands and seems to be a good kid also. I rank his best catch of the year as one of the best in history.

Usually with that much contact from the DB, the receiver loses concentration and doesn't come down with the ball.
What a great catch.
 
Lynch running like a wildman all night.. Move the ball to the one yard line, and throw the ball.. How stupid can you be... Good game though..
 
Best Super Bowl in a long time ... But .... WOW!!! Talk about giving one away. Maybe Lynch can learn a little humility from this loss ... I feel sorry a little for Wilson though ... He has great character and is one of the good guys.
 
If Seattle had a go to WR or TE to move the chains this game wouldn't have been close. They are really good at what they do. But it is to predictable sometimes.

The defensive back said "I was looking at it happen all the way. I knew it before it happened. We practice this every day."

Actually, the play should have worked.. They had their goal line people in the game.. I understand Carroll's thinking, and it should have worked, but they forgot one thing, the WR on the corner.. They had no WR on the "decoy route".. If they would have had a WR set up on the outside that would have pulled the CB away from the middle and the crossing WR would have had to be covered by a linebacker..

It was an excellent game. I thought that the Patriots got too conservative in the middle part of the game, even though the short passes were part of their game plan. I thought that they should have stretched the field with some longer stuff. But they were playing cautious. **** poor sportsmanship at the end by Seattle. I didn't like seeing Russell become the goat, but I would have never passed the ball in that situation.
My son and I were saying that NE should have called a time out and then let Seattle score, then they'd have got the ball back with a chance for a field goal. But then Pete Carroll helped us out with a pass play. lol

It played out perfect, for the loser and winner... One of the best games I've watched in quite some time.. I had no dog in the hunt, but Brady has to rank among the best, love him or hate him... He really doesn't care either way, IMO...
 
Very good game, officials pretty much let them play, that was refreshing. Good contest between the 2 teams that belonged there. A bizarre catch on the last drive gave Seattle a chance, a bizarre play call gave it away. Both teams were well prepared and the intensity level was off the charts. I agree Loon, that was one of the best games I've seen.
