The southbound lanes of U.S. 27 near the Palm Beach/Broward County line remain closed after an 18-wheeler crashed into an overturned truck full of goats, pigs, sheep, chickens and cows.

So sad to see a trucker getting killed from a well known brand of LTL, ABF.
Epecially so close to retirment after a lot of years of serving Americans supplying freight.

The man that died was a good man. He was a road driver out of Orlando, Fl. Had the pleasure of working with him when I was in Miami. Best wishes and regards to his family.

the man was john james and he worked out of orlando abf terminal222.he was a road driver for 30 plus years a true professional and gentleman if there ever was one. never heard him get upset or curse or get mad at anything while I worked there. a tragic loss to a fellow teamster
