Big changes that you already know about? Are you management? Isn't like the company to let something big leak to us small time employees.
 
those of us that wernt there still dont know whats happened out there. mrissue asked last week and got no real intel here. what did really happen? we dont want rumors going arround. thanks.

Can't happen fast enough!! Get rid of the uneducated hayseed managers.
 
With all thats taken place since the launch date..

which seems not very much.
I've seen some acounts go bye,bye.

My TM runs around like he's got his head on the chopping block from the upper management.

I wouldn't be a TM,at UPS Freight for $1000,00 per hour.
No amount of money is worth the abuse these people are under with this transition.

With all my years in the LTL trucking industry.
The only thing that I personly think is going on is that we are an LTL,Truckload,company experiment for UPS package system.

I for one hope that UPS can get everything on course.
I'd really hate if we fell back on the way down the drain,like the U.P. days,when we were the Rail Roads experiment.

I don't mean to sound negative,its really not my style.
I'm keeping our company in my prayers.
I feel they can use all the help they can get at this point in time.

Time will tell,hopefuly not to much more time.

We have seen quite a few go bye bye in the past 3 month's in the north.

My new jobclass is "Freight Redundancy Specialist".

This Person will have the ability
to tolerate mentally challenged dispatchers
who excell in the art of ignorance redundancy,
and can withstand driving 18 wheelers at
top end speeds in circles.
 
what went down in FON and what is going on in MIN??

somthing is going on in MIN to bring out the central VP. to go to MIN????

Sorry all....... my net connect went down.

I've learned two things this week:

1. Pho has 19 bids now with 23 drivers and should have 32 bids bye July 17. Cutting most of our lay downs and going mostly turns/meets and two teams

2. I've been lead to beleive that that hiring and transfer freeze has been lifted the week of 6-23-06. Anyone confrim this?
