This is what happens when either you don't read what you're voting on or just don't have the comprehension of what's shoved at you and the thugs tell you to vote yes and we'll find out what's in it after it's passed. Sound familiar?
Instead of a raise 3/31/2013 I'd get $750 instead of about $1400-1500 in wages. 3/31/15 you get shafted again. Sorry if you misunderstood what you voted on bud.
 
One bonus check for this year and another for next year, so yes this check would only be for this year....................
 
My husband just read the letter from Welch and is ranting and raving, Kanye West style, that he didn't vote "yes" and he wants to send the check back to them with a note that Welch should consider that his bonus for the year. He's serious. He says the check is about as useful as a couple of new pennies.

You got your bone
If you work a 60 hr week in a year you'll be getting about $700 less a year just this upcoming year but you got that boner check.Next it'll be even more since you don't have this years .35 cent raise. After 2 years of no raise, but hey you got 2 boner checks you'll be looking at at least a $2000 a year pay cut. The Company has got it figured out because they can see the BIG picture. Offer the minions a little carrot and have them think they've hit the jack pot but in actuality your puckered starfish is beaten raw in the end and they're laughing . Get a pencil and pad of paper and work the numbers. Even Jethro Bodine could figure it out. You're going backwards faster than you think.
