The National Transportation Safety Board will not investigate the incident because it was ruled a driver error.
He'd previously been cited for driving under the influence, disregarding a traffic control signal and driving the wrong way on a one-way street, records reveal.
HM looks to me like he had a death wish,how could he even think he was going to beat a passenger train?
Out of all the trains passenger trains are always traveling the fastest.
If he was from the area,like some of you that live out there in the windy city,he should have known better.
That is why it almost looks like he wanted to die.

He was successful at ending his non compliance to SAFETY.
Glad he was his own victim.
Unfortunately he did have a few other victims in this accident although he was the only fatality. Good riddance to bad rubbish if you ask me. Karma will get you in time.
