I worked for Roadway....right to the LAST!

I was a city driver 45 years,21 union the rest non-union.
I got my first union city& dock job at Eazor Express,went to Saint Johnsbury then Halls motor transit into my 18th year when they closed down.
Next was Roadway,Yellow,Pilot,Shays,AR-Smith,Roots,,Transcon,Boslinco,Branch,Inland,& Consolidated Freightways.
Worked casual for each one,couldn't get on with any of them,So I froze the time I had in my Teamsters pension.
Giving up on the union & hired on with Overnite who had bought my old Halls terminal.
I was with Overnite 17 years when UPS bought them out,5 years with UPS,then retired in April of 2008.

Besides all that I'm LAST
 
Yes sir My first union driving job was 1966,(LAST) was mid 1986.
Started with Overnite late into 1986 retired April 2008.
That my LAST Game friend is as Paul Harvey used to say is the rest of the story.

So have at it for LAST,cuz I gotta go nighty night.
This is my LAST LAST post,till I get back here once again to post my next LAST
 
You, my friend, still retired before me...and that still makes me LAST! ...

Only had two Union Jobs...but they encompassed the majority of my working career.....all the way to the LAST....
