Sorry, thought you worked there. Cost of living is higher in Philly. I would think they're at a higher rate.I think they are on the same scale as CLT so that would be $28.84 per hour and 68.32 cents a mile.
I don't mind that the city drivers get more. At our barn they get zero overtime, so they are lucky to make 55,000 a year now. Our road drivers are making mid 90s to low 100s and some of us only put in 48 hrs a week.City drivers at our barn got $1.10
Road got $.75
City gets 4% raise
Road gets 3%
