Yes I own about 150 shares of stock in my 401k. Trowe price said I should have got a letter. But if not don't worry all the letter is doing by signing it is agreeing to the sale of Con-way and if you don't sign it you are not agreeing but your stock will still be sold at 47.60 or what ever the guaranteed price is.
