    Nope, will yours?
Mine and my grandkids will be a whole lot better off money wise, when I die.
I'm just going to be extra careful at stop signs, if I'm in Texas.
Train, I was very wise, I started out with nothing, and today I still have most of it left.
Oh, and quit bothering me, I'm trying to catch a nap.
How's the weather in Tex. it's cold as a well diggers fanny here on this barrier island off the Carolinas, 29 deg.

The nonunion side sells defective products on a constant basis.
The industry sucks for that very same reason and so to does the nation.
Every day is a new day RAT. Nothing needs to be seen thru the same old glasses. Today a group from FEDEX could start to get inspired to join again...same with XPO>...maybe at SAIA too....and some day a group within our organization may get inspired to push in different directions than we have....Hoffa only won due to the Canadian vote,,,,He lost the American vote. We were told that FEDEX guys would never even think of vote to join....and Charlotte, the state with the lowest union numbers, of all places voted and joined.....amongst other places.....
Ya never know what's gonna happen. The country is divided...Yes Hoffa jr has failed.....but he won't live forever...and he might not be President forever........nobody thought the nation would put Trump in....yet they did....extreme times bring unexpected results.
Your way is no good to me even if I make minimum wage and you make 100k...............I've worked your jobs and they are the most uncomfortable jobs to rely on for your bread and butter...they make dog-eat-dog....and why would you even give a thought to wanting that every day of your life.
It isn't great now.....but I was raised in right and wrong ways to think....and your way is the way which has us in a debt which can't be paid back...not here at YRC...and not the national debt either......because the top doesn't care about anything but making sure their pockets are filled...it doesn't matter if they destroy a town or a state or a county or a nation or a company.they take in the debt, pull out what they can from it and make everybody work even harder than before just to survive.....if that is supported, I don't understand why we would even want a nation at all..........just steal each others stuff and not care. why have laws?
If workers can't stick together....than eventually the nation won't either....and it is happening.

The point was when you die your pension stops. A 401K or IRA is included in the estate. Ok, I will stop harassing you. LOL!!! Beautiful day in Texas!!! 63 degrees and not a cloud in the sky. The upside of Texas is mild winters. The downside is hot ass summers. You got the beauty of the Carolinas which I suppose is a trade off. California is great but the cost of living is horrid but I can do those California rolling stop signs with no consequences.

It was in the 20’s last week but it only lasted a few days. Hardly ever snows here but we can get some occasional black ice from time to time. Us Texans can’t drive worth a :shit: in ice. We like to run stop signs too.

Slave I want you to understand something. If I could have a union like it was back in the day I would jump on board. But not the way things are today. One more thing. You take the bait way too easy. :duel:

I voted yes to stay together. And some guys got to finish their career here..I didn't vote yes the first time or 2.
Once it's over here....the other companies aren't gonna be worth working at anyways.
    I'm not crying. What for?
    I'm just telling my opinion.
I'm not happy at all with concessions... but good comes from a lot of different things.
It isn't great union days like the 50's.
It is what it is...but we are necessary..or most probably all hell breaks loose eventually if we are gone...could be soon after...could be 2, 3, 5, 10, 20 years....but it will happen. Dog-eat-dog is no good.
We exist for a reason. And the reason is not on the wrong side....but the right side.
People sacrificed for the working people in different ways years ago.....but sometimes sacrifice is necessary to survive.
We are still here.. I'm not in jail because I worked for or with some punk at one of your great jobs who drove me to the limit and pushed me over what my patience could handle to make a living......which could happen to a lot of our guys.
Do we have a great union or great union job? No......but we are still together.

These are written as moral laws in the Catholic Church...and they are not supposed to change.
We stand on the right side of history however it turns out. There are always heavy prices to pay by not following them...wether somebody chooses to believe them or not...they are truth. There's a few more of them relating to unions and their importance and the correct ways to view us and treat us....and there is also guidance as to us avoiding socialists which we have not....prices to be paid.

I'm not gonna just let you waltz in here and talk like that here without some rebuttal...others should have joined in.
Ill do that on your forums ....but you ain't doing that here. LOL.
Be careful what you wish for....that union like back in the day could show it's face someday......I'm getting tired though.

1955 we were best in the world and our numbers were only 36%.......now look where they are......and look where the nation is. and has been going since they have been going down....but keep believing that we are no good.,,,,the facts are that our nation was best at most everything when our numbers were our highest.....and we are crap except at finance since ur numbers are down.....and finance lies about their numbers and we bail them out.
I'm sure if I searched and found different stories...I'd find that all the negatives about our society has gone up as union numbers have gone down.....divorce, single parents, welfare, crimes, incarcerations.....all the stuff that takes tax money to fix.....and somehow our society rewards those who benefit from our decline...makes no sense....but it never did ...did it?

I'll have to say the same thing. That I agree with you on some things......surely it seems we have been sold out. But I also understand that majority and numbers make a huge difference.....and since our numbers go down...and as they do...our companies competitors get to do things that our contracts won't allow our employers to do......it becomes a game of defense....and the defense has cost a lot.
A lot of our guys are not at all happy with Hoffa....I would say that most are not...the ones still left who even take any interest in the union....but I will also say that almost half of our terminal voted no to the concessions the last time.....and most of them have not gone elsewhere...a few have.
New Penn as a company voted no in the beginning to concessions.
I also voted no.......but that changed when the bullying came.......does anybody know if we would still be open if we voted no repeatedly or if we would have gotten our way..no we don't know that...ABF got some things but I think they were also bullied to vote yes or something.
