The teamsters are too concerned with UPS, and this will wrap up without anyone even noticing. Sean O'Brien is too busy trying to make himself a fixture in the woke socialist labor movement
I am happy everyday that UPS sold the freight division. It would just be a casualty of Sean O'Briens ego.

Not one mention of TForce on IBT Twitter or the Ibt website. Don't be fooled, they are even paying attention to TForce. As in 2018, we are on our own.

Top rate at Saia for P&D just went up to 35.50 with overtime after 45 hours.

Even though our benefits are superior 35.50 sounds nice!

We lost a driver to Saia a few months ago!

The IBT didn't mention ABF but look at the contract ABF got. And if TFORCE doesn't have a contract by August 1 they are very clear on that
Ridiculous, go back and check the teamsters. Org website, ABF got plenty of attention.
Just as it was in 2018, UPS sucked all the air out of the room. That being said I am glad UPS sold freight. Hopefully for the future the contract will expire on a different date or at least a different year.

If they got the raise they are saying they would be close to $38 in the Northeast

“TForce freight will be running as usual on 8-1-23”

By “Usual” do you mean totally ****ed up…asking for a friend?
Just as it always has, nothing has changed in the LTL business, except some technology upgrades. Load freight, deliver freight, pick up freight, unload freight, load freight, deliver freight and so on and so forth.
The shirt and the truck colors change, the job doesn't.

If we don’t have a ratified contract on August 1st we need to strike. If O’Brien doesn’t want to call a strike at that point then every TForce Freight Teamster Local needs to start the decertification process! I don’t want to send dues money to the IBT if they’re only going to play hardball for UPS!

A strike at TForce doesn't fit into the IBT plan to force Yellow into bankruptcy.

The truth is that if Yellow declares bankruptcy before TForce Freight has a contract in place the TForce Freight Teamsters lose all their leverage.
Ummm yeah, take the top LTL out leaving tforce and others with massive increases in tonnage and they’ll have no leverage for hammering out a solid contract….?!!

I think you mixed up your Gummie Bears with Grampa’s..!
