I’m taking 2 lunches today. Gonna be a long one. Started at 3:00. Myrtle’s in Calumet City now for breakfast.
 
Get a load of this..... Miller Beer is so worried about vandals wrecking their new billboard they hired off-duty WBL cops to guard it.... what do they expect it's in the center of Hamm's country and a 1/2 block from Ted's....those low life High Life bastards...it's officer Flanigan in the picture by the by. (see photo below)

Ohhh wowser.... waking up on the "strip" this morning...way cool..... yeah BD convinced Ted to charter a bus and put together what some people would call a gambling junket down to Clarence....I had no idea Clarence was the Vegas of Iowa or that Big Dave had a casino (see photo below)....pretty cool....but all the machines seem really really tight....and the show girls....yeah...no....anyways I'm headed down early to breakfast to hit the buffet.... I was gonna try it last night but all the roller grills were empty and all the paper plates were all gone.... whats up with that?.... and hey some chick just photo-bombed the K-man.

That's good to know.... I'll have to find out when Big Dave unlocks the doors so people can get out and explore the strip....psst...you know what.... I thought he locked the doors to keep the shady bastards out.... I think it's so people can't get out.... I heard the doormen check wallets and make you empty your pockets to make sure your broke when you leave..... what's that all about anyway.

FYI.... the way better casino down the street from Big Dave's gives free complementary at no charge to you hot air balloon rides, I even took this picture (see photo below) from way above the fabulous Clarence strip.... if you squint a bit you can see the big goomer's joint way down there.

Looks like BRG's gal pal Geena opened a bar.....ooops...."lounge" just across the street and down a couple of doors from Theo's......lounge.... what's the deal with that? What does that even mean?

Yesterday I was heading down to Bettendorf for a Beetser celebration (it's always a week before easter) and was on a different short-cut...guess what it goes through Gotham City....who knew..... anyways Coop has a barn there....again who knew... saw the shop doors open and swung in to check the out the operation .... nice..... I'm thinking what some people would call "a certain someone" will find the lube job on 5th wheel....lacking and not up to his standards.

Well I started my new part-time job at WBLT as a news cameraman...noooo... not as a short order cook, anyways Mr. Mora bartender out at Ekland's (Old Style joint...eeesh) had an encounter with a customer that kinda creeped him out.... especially with a serious recent crime.
