does this mean you expect to be audited???If you truly believe everything they have done over the last 9 years has been truly on the up and up then you need to remove your head from the dark smell place you have it shoved , yours or high and mighty master welch and zollers.
you talk all tough on truckers board but have to be one of the biggest lackys this place has ever seen .
when many here tried to talk sense to the yes men there were so many things you said oh no ,that will never happen . you have been wrong so many times ive lost count .
this should take the place of the dogs next to your id
its a shame that truckingboards has been taken over by a know nothing do nothing quitter .
thanks jeff for all the info i have gotten from here over the years and thanks KK for all you have done .
cya management lover ,since you are not a teamster i know you can suck up to whoever you work for for that little extra you need and im sure your co workers know they all need to watch their backs from you
The -15% should keep showing on our checks , as a past practice for the next contact in maybe in the year 2525 , that they can't say you are at full pay just look at your pay check ??? plus we need a weekly reminder of what we voted to give away , so they could have more BONUS money !!!!
Do you not understand what "ratification" means? You are receiving full wages and benefits NOW. Whether you voted yes or no.The -15% should keep showing on our checks , as a past practice for the next contact in maybe in the year 2525 , that they can't say you are at full pay just look at your pay check ??? plus we need a weekly reminder of what we voted to give away , so they could have more BONUS money !!!!
We have you for a daily reminder, so we don't need YRC to put it on our checks anymore!!!!The -15% should keep showing on our checks , as a past practice for the next contact in maybe in the year 2525 , that they can't say you are at full pay just look at your pay check ??? plus we need a weekly reminder of what we voted to give away , so they could have more BONUS money !!!!
So wongway in other words its ok with the guys on this board .they are so used to grabbing their ankles that they dont even beg for lube any more.Do you not understand what "ratification" means? You are receiving full wages and benefits NOW. Whether you voted yes or no.
That 15% is about $24,000,000 a month. BTW, full retirement contributions are about $9,300,00 a month. Use your calculator to do the math. The bonuses to senior management do not significantly effect earnings compared to concessions!
Does is look bad, OF COURSE! But even if they didn't receive bonuses we are financially struggling!

He's showing the Board Of Directors how he wants them to hold his buttocks while they're kissing his ass. You're right Sugarfoot! Welch is telling Pierson how far apart we are when it comes to Teamster Unity...
That would be your interpretation. However, I would remind you that should YRCF cease to contribute to whatever fund you are drawing your retirement from, YOUR pension as well as thousands of other's would be in jeopardy! So wongway in other words its ok with the guys on this board .they are so used to grabbing their ankles that they dont even beg for lube any more.
They have even started to like it .

In all your many years as a Teamster, you never voted more than once on a proposal? A proposal was rejected, was modified then ratified. Not the first time, nor will it be the last. Labor law provides for the employer to make proposals until an impasse is reached. No impasse was reached on the last MOU.fyi majority voted no .the vote until you get it right was a win for yrc . because of the ibt's turning their heads no one really know what the real revote count was .presto chango abbra cadabra .you lose and bend over again .

what ever makes you feel good .Some folks just choose to go through life as perpetual "victims". Others move on and make the best of situations. You have to eventually feel sorry for that first group and ignore their resentment of the latter group. They just seem to be unable to help themselves.
before yrc all votes were counted at the international for contracts-mou . not under the table like your last few votes .In all your many years as a Teamster, you never voted more than once on a proposal? Did they modify this proposal between the first and second vote?In all your many years as a Teamster, you never voted more than once on a proposal? Yes, SC they did. One important change was giving raises to all Teamsters. Not just drivers.Did they modify this proposal between the first and second vote?
