The company tells that they have the best employees in the trucking industry then they destroy the stereos because they can't trust us just says it all

Its been this way at every big company I have every worked at where road drivers slip-seat. Preston, CF, ANR. Its always one or two out of hundreds. They have to be very secretive with their destruction and impossible to catch. Sometimes I've thought it was switchers, other times City drivers. But always impossible to prove with so many tractors churning in and out all the time.

Getting angry over it and romping and stomping in the breakroom, only gives them a secret charge for their destruction and encourages them to continue.
