New theme at our yard is hurry hurry, even though we are at bottom gpd making less than almost every other ltl in our area and they put the city drivers on 10 hour bids. I mean hurry for what?? So someone in upper management can maximize their bonus and we can make less. This place cracks me up.

Lmao Safety first was the motto many moons ago at our place. Local management ignores most safety chit unless they have to get involved with regional person otherwise keep it house god forbid someone finds out what a chit show we have .
