I applied was offered a job at TForce still in hiring process starting rate was posted at 22.00 ph Tm called told me pay rate was increased to 25.00. Which I thought was great. But all I was told bout benefits was theyre thru the teamsters. No details. Also is there ot after 8 or 40?

It's overtime after 8 according to the contract.

We got three city drivers hired, in less than three weeks all quit . This is with $25 an hour starting wage .

TForce needs to reassure it's drivers that the pension is secure not being cut or switch to 401scam next contract.

I've got a roth and 401k I do pretty good with both. As for the company switching to a 401k match it all depends on how much they match

Well Columbus OH . Just up the starting pay from $27 hour to $28.50 for Fulltime City P@D Driver.

Question what is the current top scale pay at this time for this position?
