Damn shame overall. If Fx didn't give a good raise given the record profits, and extreme labor shortage, then they never will.

I believe c. We were at 30.33. First week of October we go to 31.54 and then end of October go to 32.22

Yeah the second one is us going into the new grade D scale. Don’t know why it all isn’t at once but I guess that’s how they’re doing it.

Once again we’re left saying “it’s better than nothing”, and i could probably guess that nobody is overly excited. The sad part is you know our insurance will gobble this up in a couple months. I’m satisfied with the raise only because i have to be. But this will just cause more people to leave and it certainly won’t attract drivers from other LTL’s. It’s a shame how out of touch they are with their workforce. But that’s what ya get when you work for an investment firm.

For some reason they aren’t giving us it all at once. We are at level “C” right now but they are bumping us up to “D” end of October.

It’s solid from end of March till October then it’s all down hill from there
